All products are inspected before shipping.
We only have a refund policy on custom orders with typos or defects from shop that is different than customers proof before production. When proof is accepted by you all sales are final. If you left text out it is too late.
Repeat: once proof is accepted by you, all sales are final.
All other products not produced by my shop are as is. All sales are final
Items that are intentionally damaged for credit will not be accepted.
Customer has 5 days from date of purchase to return product only if we misspelled or made a typo.

In the event mistake is on our part, you have 5 days from date of purchase to return item. You must pay for shipping to return the item. Once product is received, inspected and evaluated, we will decide whether to issue credit for your shipping costs.
We strive to offer the best Custom design products for you. What you see is what is promised we do not offer any credit at all should you decide you don’t like product. We have a zero tolerance on returns, in event we make mistake we will make proper correction to make sure your goods are as promised and you are satisfied.
If we have not received return custom within 5 days we assume services are delivered as promised and all sales final.
